1. Set up your Player Account
Open My Player Account to register or sign in. Follow the account setup and any verification instructions shown before participating.
Your Player Account identifies you in the games area. Lottery ticket orders and scans are managed through My Lottery Account. PayPal is a separate payment service, not your Bahama Millions sign-in.
2. Choose a live game
Visit Bahama Millions Games and open Island Dominoes Clash to view its lobby and available match options.
Island Pool Clash — Coming Soon: look for launch updates on the Games page. Its game rules and entry requirements will be announced when it becomes available.
3. Review the match before joining
Check the details for the particular room or match you select:
- The game rules, scoring and winning conditions.
- The entry fee and any displayed platform charge.
- The advertised prize and how it is calculated.
- The player count and whether the match is ready to start.
- The cancellation, interruption and refund terms.
Confirm these details before committing to a paid entry. Do not assume that a winner receives the full combined entry-fee amount; use the prize information displayed for that match.
4. Complete the required entry process
Follow the payment instructions shown in the game or Player Account. PayPal is used for supported paid-game payments and eligible winnings. Use only the official checkout and review the amount before authorizing payment.
A paid entry must be successfully verified before it is confirmed. Completing a payment screen alone does not establish that your seat is active; check the game's entry and match status.
If payment or entry status is unclear, check your account and payment-provider record before trying again. Contact support with your match reference if you need help avoiding a duplicate payment.
5. Play your match fairly
Once your entry is confirmed and the match is ready, follow the game's onscreen instructions and published rules. In Island Dominoes Clash, the scoring and victory conditions determine the outcome.
Use a stable connection where possible, allow time to complete the match and respect other players. Cheating, deliberate manipulation, unauthorized account access and fraudulent activity are prohibited.
6. Check the recorded result
After the match, check its recorded result and status. A result must be valid and verified before the applicable prize can be approved.
If a connection problem, interruption or dispute occurs, keep the match reference and describe what happened when contacting support. The published game rules determine any review, resumption, cancellation or refund. Disconnecting does not automatically mean a win or a refund.
7. Follow your winnings status
Eligible, approved prizes use the supported PayPal payout process. Players participating in paid games must have a PayPal account eligible to receive the relevant payments.
Check the game's or Player Account's payout instructions and status. The result, applicable prize and receiving-account eligibility must be confirmed before processing. A completed match or approved result does not mean money has already reached your PayPal account.
Payment timing and availability depend on verification, the published match terms and payment-provider requirements. Contact support if an expected update is missing.
8. Get help with a match or payment
Use the Get in Touch with Us form on the Home page or email bahamamillions@gmail.com. Include the game name, match reference, approximate time and a clear description of the issue.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, identification documents or banking information through the general contact form. Follow a confirmed process if further verification is needed.
Common questions
Can I look at the games without registering?
You can browse the public Games page. Register or sign in to your Player Account and follow the game's requirements before participating.
Does every game require a payment?
Paid matches require the entry fee shown for that match. Check the current game options and rules for any free-play availability; do not assume every room has the same entry conditions.
What if nobody joins my match?
Check the room status and the game's published waiting, cancellation and refund rules. Contact support if the status or next step is unclear. A cancellation request is not confirmation of a refund.
Do I need PayPal just to create a Player Account?
No. A PayPal account is not needed simply to register for a Bahama Millions Player Profile or access available free games. Paid games and eligible winnings require the supported payment arrangements and a suitable receiving account.
Eligibility, safety and responsible play
- Protect your sign-in: use a unique password, keep account details accurate and sign out on shared devices. Never share your Bahama Millions or PayPal password or verification codes. Our team does not need your PayPal password to issue a prize.
- Check eligibility: paid matches and cash prizes depend on applicable laws, age and location requirements, game rules and payment-provider approval.
- Understand payment limits: PayPal availability for ordinary purchases does not itself authorize paid-entry gaming or prize payouts. The relevant transactions must be supported and approved under the provider's applicable policies.
- Review costs first: confirm the advertised prize, fees, refund conditions and payout terms before paying.
- Set a limit: only participate within your means. Winning is never guaranteed, and you can lose your entry fee.
