Sign in to your Player Account, open a live game and review the available rooms. Check the rules, entry fee and prize details, then join a match that suits you.
Fair play and player support
Read the game rules before entering a match. Play fairly, protect your sign-in details and follow the rules for conduct and completed games. If something looks wrong, report it to support with the game, match reference and a description of the issue. Follow the applicable review process before treating a result or prize as final.
Understand fees and winnings
Review the entry fee, any displayed platform fee and prize details before joining a paid match. Follow the Player Account and payment-provider instructions for eligible winnings. Payment availability and timing depend on verification, the game rules and the receiving account. Check your account status and contact support if a payment needs review.
