Small-Prize Claims & Payment Management
Owner and assigned partner: review requests, approve payment, choose the actual payout method and record the completed transaction. Approval does not send money. Coordinate who sends the external payment so it is sent only once. Visa debit-card payouts are awaiting provider setup. This section keeps payment records; it does not transfer money.
