Your account and email

Do I need a lottery account?

Yes. Register in My Lottery Account and verify your email before using the account portal and completing account-linked lottery orders. Your account brings together your orders, selected numbers and ticket updates.

How do I verify my email?

After registering, select Send email verification on the verification screen. Open the link sent to your email. Once verified, continue to your account; return to the account page if it does not open automatically.

Why has the verification email not arrived?

Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you registered with the correct email address. Use the resend option when available. If you still need help, email bahamamillions@gmail.com. Never share your password or verification codes.

How do I update my contact details?

Sign in, open My Profile, update your name, phone number and island, then save. Keep these details current so we can contact you about your tickets. If the account asks you to complete your contact details, check that all required fields are filled in and saved.

What if I forget my password?

Select Forgot password? on the account sign-in screen and follow the email instructions. Check your spam or junk folder if the reset message is missing.

Games, numbers and prices

Which lottery options can I choose?

The Home page offers Powerball One Play, Powerball Multi-Play, Mega Millions One Play and Mega Millions Multi-Play. One Play means one number combination. Multi-Play means several combinations in one order, according to the package you select.

Can I choose my own numbers?

Yes. Select your numbers manually or use Quick Pick to fill them randomly. Use Clear to start again, and review every play before checkout.

Can Quick Pick predict the winning numbers?

No. Quick Pick generates possible combinations at random. It cannot predict a drawing or make a particular combination more likely to win. No number-selection method guarantees a prize.

What numbers and game options are used?

Powerball uses five different white-ball numbers from 1–69 and one Powerball from 1–26. Review Power Play if offered. Mega Millions uses five different white-ball numbers from 1–70 and one Mega Ball from 1–24, with its multiplier included. Check the options displayed for your order.

Where do I find the current price?

Check the ordering page and checkout total for your selected game, package and options. Review the full amount before paying. Displayed jackpots are estimates and are separate from your order price.

Who is eligible to order?

You must meet the applicable age, location and service requirements. Lottery purchases, third-party arrangements, ticket ownership and prize claims depend on the purchasing jurisdiction's laws and rules. Some cross-border or third-party arrangements may be restricted or prohibited; a submitted order does not establish eligibility or guarantee a valid entry.

Payments and order changes

Which payment methods are accepted?

Use the payment methods offered during checkout for your order. Follow the displayed payment-provider steps and review the amount before confirming. Do not send money based on an unexpected message or an unverified payment instruction.

Does payment confirmation mean my ticket has been purchased?

No. An online order or payment confirmation is not an official lottery ticket. The physical ticket must still be successfully purchased from an authorized retailer, where permitted, before the relevant sales cutoff.

Can I change numbers, cancel or request a refund?

Review your numbers carefully before submitting. If you made a mistake, contact support promptly with your order reference. Changes, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the order status, whether a physical ticket has already been bought, the applicable terms and relevant rules. A request does not confirm that a change or refund has been approved.

What if checkout stops or my payment status is unclear?

Check your order in My Lottery Account, your confirmation email and the payment provider's record before trying again. If the status is still unclear, contact support with your order reference and a description of what happened. This helps avoid duplicate payments or orders.

Physical tickets and updates

How is the physical ticket purchased?

Where permitted by the applicable lottery rules, our U.S. fulfillment partner purchases the corresponding physical ticket from an authorized retailer. The printed ticket and its drawing date determine the entry; online submission alone does not reserve a place in a drawing.

Where can I view my ticket scan?

After purchase and upload, open your order in My Lottery Account to view the available scan. Check your registered email for ticket updates or an access link. Keep your order reference and ticket copy.

How long does the scan take, and what if it is missing?

Availability depends on the physical purchase, upload and processing. Check the order status in your account. If a scan or update is missing, use the order's support option or contact us with your order reference and drawing date. Check your spam or junk folder for email updates too.

What should I check on the uploaded ticket?

Compare the game, printed numbers, drawing date and selected options with your order. Report a discrepancy promptly through order support or email. Include the reference and explain the issue.

Where is my original ticket, and can a scan replace it?

Original tickets are handled under the applicable custody and fulfillment arrangements. Ask support if you need details for your ticket. The original may be required for redemption; a scan or order receipt alone does not prove ownership or guarantee a prize claim. Follow confirmed collection instructions when an original must be released.

How do complimentary plays work?

If Bahama Millions issues complimentary plays to your account, open that section, review the package and expiry, choose your numbers, and review and confirm. No customer checkout payment is required for that package. It still requires a physical ticket purchase; follow its updates in your account.

Results, possible wins and claims

Where do I check the results?

Visit Latest Results and match the drawing date to your printed ticket. Confirm potential winnings through the official Powerball website or official Mega Millions website. Check your ticket even if you have not received a winning notification.

How do I report a possible win?

Use the winning-ticket review options in My Lottery Account for your eligible ticket. Submit the requested details and follow the review status there. If that option is unavailable, contact support with the order reference, game and drawing date. A submission is not a confirmed win; the official lottery authority determines prize eligibility.

How are small prizes paid?

When small-prize claims are enabled for your eligible ticket, follow the account instructions and select a receiving method offered for that claim. Bank transfer or PayPal may be available depending on the current setup. Official verification, redemption and approval must be completed first. The amount payable, deductions and payment arrangements must be confirmed before payment.

Does submitting a claim transfer money immediately?

No. A claim or receiving-details submission starts a review; it is not a completed payment. Follow the status and any confirmed payment reference in your account. Do not assume winnings have been automatically credited to a balance.

What happens with a major prize or jackpot?

Follow the confirmed original-ticket collection and official claim instructions. Your account may show the purchase state, collection location, partner contact, appointment and required documents. Travel may be necessary. Wait for confirmed arrangements before booking travel; you may be responsible for travel, accommodation, passports and visas.

What documents or deadlines apply?

A government-issued photo ID or passport, order reference, ticket copy and additional documents may be required. The applicable lottery authority sets its claim requirements and deadlines. Confirm these promptly and provide sensitive documents only through a confirmed process.

Are jackpots and final payouts guaranteed?

No. Jackpot displays are estimates, and no play guarantees a win. A final payment depends on official verification, the prize option, applicable taxes, withholding and any confirmed deductions.

Safety, support and future services

How can I protect my account?

Use https://www.bahamamillions.com, choose a unique password and sign out on shared devices. Never send your password or verification codes to anyone. Use the checkout and account instructions on the website, and contact support if you receive a suspicious request. No online service can promise complete protection from every threat.

How is my information used?

Information is used to process eligible orders, deliver account and ticket updates, answer support requests and complete required verification. Provide only the details requested for the relevant service. Contact support if you have a privacy question.

Are the games, Asue and investment programs available now?

Check each service page for its current status. Pages marked Available Soon are announcements, not confirmation that enrollment, payments or participation are open. Any future game, savings program or investment service needs its own eligibility information, terms and applicable approvals. Do not assume cash prizes or guaranteed investment returns.

Is Bahama Millions an official lottery operator?

Bahama Millions is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by Powerball, Mega Millions or participating U.S. lottery authorities. Official lottery rules govern entries and claims.

How do I get help?
