How lottery ordering works
Your guide to Bahama Millions
From setting up your account to viewing your purchased ticket, follow the steps below for Powerball and Mega Millions orders.
1. Set up and verify your account
Open My Lottery Account and register with your email address and password. On the verification screen, select Send email verification, then open the link in your email. Verify your email before entering your account portal.
If the message is missing, check your spam or junk folder. Use the resend option when it becomes available. Already registered? Sign in with your existing account.
In My Profile, save your current name, phone number and island so we can contact you about your tickets.
2. Choose your game and play option
On the Home page, select Powerball or Mega Millions, then choose One Play or Multi-Play. One Play is one number combination; Multi-Play lets you choose a package of combinations.
Check the current price, displayed drawing information and selected options before continuing. Package prices are shown on the ordering page and at checkout.
3. Select and review your numbers
- Powerball: choose five different white-ball numbers from 1–69 and one Powerball from 1–26. Review the Power Play option if offered.
- Mega Millions: choose five different white-ball numbers from 1–70 and one Mega Ball from 1–24. Its multiplier is included in the game.
Choose your numbers yourself or select Quick Pick for random combinations. Use Clear to start again. Quick Pick cannot predict a draw or make a combination more likely to win.
Review every play, your contact details and your selected options before submitting.
4. Review your order and pay
Stay signed in to your verified account, check the order total and complete the available checkout steps. Keep your order reference and check your registered email for confirmation.
An order confirmation is not an official lottery ticket. Payment and an online order do not, by themselves, confirm entry into a drawing. The corresponding physical ticket must be successfully purchased.
5. Follow the physical ticket purchase
Where permitted by the applicable lottery rules, our U.S. fulfillment partner purchases the physical ticket from an authorized retailer. The ticket must be purchased before the relevant sales cutoff to enter that drawing.
Check your order status in My Lottery Account. If an order needs attention or a ticket update is missing, use its support option or contact us with your order reference.
6. View your ticket scan
After purchase, the fulfillment partner uploads a scan of the original ticket. Once available, open your order in My Lottery Account to view the ticket. Check your registered email for ticket updates or an access link, including your spam or junk folder.
Compare the printed game, numbers, drawing date and any selected options with your order. Report a discrepancy promptly. Keep your order reference and ticket copy for your records.
7. Check the drawing results
Visit Latest Results after the drawing. Compare the results with the drawing date and numbers printed on your ticket, and confirm them through the official Powerball website or official Mega Millions website.
Check your tickets even if you have not received a winning notification. The official lottery authority determines winning results and prize eligibility.
8. Submit a possible win for review
Use the winning-ticket review options in My Lottery Account for your eligible ticket. Follow the instructions shown, submit the requested ticket details and check your review status there. A submitted review is not a confirmed win.
Small prizes: when enabled for your eligible ticket, use the small-prize claim section and select a receiving method offered for that claim. Bank transfer or PayPal may be available depending on the current setup. Verification, redemption and approval must be completed before payment; submitting a claim does not transfer money.
Major prizes and original tickets: follow the confirmed collection instructions in your account. These may include the purchase state, collection location, partner contact, appointment and required documents. Travel may be necessary. Wait for confirmed instructions before booking travel.
If a review or claim option is unavailable, contact us with your order reference, game and drawing date. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Complimentary plays
If Bahama Millions issues complimentary plays to your account, open that section in My Lottery Account. Review the package and expiry, select your numbers, then review and confirm. No customer checkout payment is required for that package. A physical ticket still needs to be purchased; follow its ticket updates in your account.
Important before you order or claim
- Eligibility and rules: ordering, ticket ownership, custody and claims depend on the purchasing jurisdiction's rules and your eligibility. Third-party or cross-border arrangements may be restricted or prohibited. A submitted order does not establish a valid lottery entry or enforceable prize claim.
- Original tickets: a scan is a reference copy. The original physical ticket may be required for redemption; scans and confirmation emails alone do not prove prize entitlement.
- Claim deadlines: confirm the applicable lottery's deadline promptly. Identification and additional documentation may be required.
- Prize amounts: jackpots are estimates. Payment depends on official verification, the prize option and applicable taxes, fees or deductions. Confirm the final arrangements before accepting payment.
- Travel: customers may be responsible for travel, accommodation, passports and visas.
- Play responsibly: meet the applicable age requirements, set a spending limit and remember that no purchase guarantees a prize.
